We are looking for a dynamic and customer oriented
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years or more experience
- Must be in possession of valid working papers
- Over 25 years of age
- Strong work ethic, self starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment
- Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
- Ability to effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and walk-in customers
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must have a customer service attitude with the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
- Ability to work regular scheduled hours with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Highest commitment to Quality Customer Service and willing to "Go The Extra Mile" for the customer
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a "Certificate of Good Conduct"
