Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and customer oriented



  • Must have 3 years or more experience
  • Must be in possession of valid working papers
  • Over 25 years of age
  • Strong work ethic, self starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment
  • Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Ability to effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and walk-in customers
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must have a customer service attitude with the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
  • Ability to work regular scheduled hours with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed
  • Highest commitment to Quality Customer Service and willing to "Go The Extra Mile" for the customer
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a "Certificate of Good Conduct"
